I would like to say a few words on behalf of my sister Julia, Karen’s childhood best friend who sadly also passed away 2 years ago. Karen and Julia were inseparable as they grew up, spending time at each others houses, playing out, walking the dogs and hanging out at the bike track. Their friendship was so strong that it remained intact even after Julia moved away from London ….. they were still connected. They supported each other through the challenges that life threw their way, however big or small. Never a bad word was spoken by Julia about Karen, only love and affection, laughter and joy. It is so sad that Karen too has been taken from this earth so soon, leaving her family and friends behind; now the two best friends are together again, Angels in heaven. Myself, David and Suzanne, who also grew up with Karen and Corinne, send out sincere condolences to all the family.
